So my mother got in a car crash yesterday and my sister told me when she got home from work. I told my brother that my mom’s car had been totaled and he ran upstairs to my sister’s room. I was standing in the doorway and he pushed me so hard that I fell down. After I got up I told him that he was acting stupid and he pushed me up against the wall and put me in a choke-hold. He said that I was acting stupid and retarded. After that he let me go. I said that he would become an abuser when he became older. Then he chased me to my room and broke the door off its hinges. There is now a dent in the wall due to the force of him pushing against the door. I’m 15 and my brother is 21. I need advice on what to do.

Update: I told my parents and they told me that it mostly was my fault. they talked to my brother and he apologized.
