Does the pregnancy test line get darker?

Does anyone know if this line gets darker?? I took my first pregnancy test 7 days ago and took another today(2 tests total) and it looks completely the same. Is this normal?

it won't get darker bc the light line is the control lol. usually it's the left line that's light and gets dark but you're so pregnant that's as dark as it'll get

I think you might be reading it wrong..the dark line on the left is the one saying you are pregnant. That is a nice, dark bfp!! Congrats!! 😊

No those lines are pulling from the control line.. it won’t get any darker
