Coming off bc pill.. worried about my skin?

Hi all. I’ve been on Junel-Fe 1/20, combination bc pills for four years now. I did not go on the pill for acne reasons but solely as a contraceptive since I was starting college and wanted to be safe.

I have never had cystic acne, I have had pimples and by no means had perfectly clear skin. My skin has remained the same as I was on the pill, I get my occasional breakout every now and then usually close to my period. However, I just graduated from college and plan on getting off my pill next month. I hear these horror stories of women getting horrible cystic acne after getting off the pill and I’m worried that’s going to happen to me... How can I combat this or does everyone get bad skin/pimples after going off the pill?
