Lip sores?

Okay so I’ve had three sores pop up right around my lips and was wondering if anyone has experienced this before starting their period, I haven’t before but I’m supposed to start my period this week and that’s when they started popping up so all I could figure was that it’s related in some way, I don’t kiss people or share drinks or anything like that so I know it can’t have anything to do with that stuff.
