Okay so I have a 5 week old son and his dad (my baby daddy) is taking me to family court for a paternity test because he doesn't thinks he's his. But I'm not sure if I want to let him get a paternity test because that means I will have to deal with him for the rest of my life and before you pass judgement on that let me just say this I am petrified of him because he beat the sh*t out of me when I was 2 1/2 months pregnant and almost caused me to have a miscarriage and he cheated on me around that same time and has another son on the way and when he found that out that's when he started denying that our son is his. And I don't know what to do I need advice but please no negative comments.

And he seen him 2 times for 5 minutes since he was 3 days old.
