Would you tell your partner? *Read description*

Do you think it’s necessary to tell your long term partner that you’ve had an abortion years before you two were together? Now that I’m 19weeks pregnant with our little one I’ve been thinking about it.

It’s not necessary, but I told my SO even though we aren’t planning on getting pregnant. 
Does he not come to your doctor visits? Have you lied to your doctor about previous pregnancies?

I didn’t answer the question because it’s kind of a two parter... no it’s not necessary to tell them but yes I would if I felt the need to share.

that's a hard one. I would but I would have early on in the relationship. It may be best to keep to yourself now depending on his views on it.

I think you should feel free to tell your partner anything you wish to. If you have been thinking about it, then you should feel free to tell him about it. 
My partner knows everything about my past. He knows my pain, my anxiety, and my past joys. I think it only helps us love each other more

Let me ask this another way: would your partner want to know or be hurt that you didn’t?   
I don’t think it’s necessary to tell (and the further along the relationship, the more awkward it becomes) BUT I know my husband and how important it is to him that we don’t have big secrets so I would tell for that reason.  If it was just to make me feel better and I knew it wouldn’t really matter to my husband than I probably would let it go - especially if there are no repercussions now ( such as health issues or such)

i should also add if he knows about it it would help him help u through emotional points and be able to help calm u down. if ur thinking about it now and u keep it in chances r its gonna eat at u till u tell him.
