Well...my period should be here in about 6 days...(I’m very irregular, but that’s the estimate) anyway, I started having sore nipples 4 days ago, and it hasn’t gone away. They are only tender to the touch. I’ve never had this before! It’s not my whole breast, just the nipples. I also have light cramps that started today. They’re very dull. Usually I will get mild cramps a couple days before the start of my period, but not this early and not this dull! Am I overthinking it?
