PLEASE HELP NEED TO KNOW ASAP

Just realized I most likely have strep.. I'm never wrong I get it all the time. And I'm like 4-5 weeks pregnant. The problem is I don't have my license I left it somewhere and my parents now have it two hours away from my house. Is it vital I go to the er asap? Should I drive and get it instead of waiting another day?
