has anyone else dealt with postpartum hypertension/postpartum preeclampsia?

I went to the doctor yesterday because i was 6 days pp and still felt extremely

dizzy every time I stood up. I couldn't breath or catch my breath standing in one spot. mind you, I'm very fit and active and never had issues before. so they ran an ekg to find out that I have and irregular beat and and my heart rate was normal at 60 when sitting but as soon as I stood up it would shoot up to 160 and make me feel like death aha. so they checked my blood pressure and that was spiked too at 150/109 so they put me on lebetalol (blood thinners) for 30 days to decrease my BP and HR. hopefully it stays there. has anyone had an experience like this?
