Is it possible for implantation bleeding to be more red than pink and be on and off for 4.5 days?

What I thought was my period came on cd 32...I have a 9 month old and my periods have been super irregular. It lasted on and off for 4.5 days. Never filled a tampon it was pretty light. A week before that started I got a negative test but I’ve been feeling pregnant. I have been under a lot of stress and I remember bleeding in the beginning with my first born. The pst two days I’ve been crampy and have light brown and pink spotting when I wake up. 
The test I took was mid day. I took a second one an hour later that was a little lighter then the first but I’m just so nervous to believe it and get my hopes up. I wanna take another one tomorow morning but I wanna get some opinions on this test I posted here.
