Pregnant or not?

So i am 6 dpo according to glow and and i am having cramps and backache like periods with watery discharge. And my legs are have stretching pain also. And my nipples become darker then usual. So i took this test and i dnt knw what it is because i see a vvvvvvvvfl but then i dnt see any line also, is my mind tricking or am I really pregnant? 
I have pcos and trying to conceive from 1 year now

I don’t see anything and you wouldn’t be having the symptoms your describing yet you need to implant that 6-12 dpo then you need days for the hormone to rise to cause symptoms

I don’t see anything but it’s super early !! Try testing again in 3-5 days, and if it’s negative then, wait until you’ve missed your period !
