I always get pain in one side of my abdomen during ovulation, and I get really bad rectum pain too. The pains in both areas are so bad that I feel like I’m in labor! It’s so frustrating. It woke me up last night and I ended up laying on my bathroom floor trying to stretch and get rid of them. I try to massage my lower abdomen where it hurts and it feels like there is a tendon or something that appears when I have the pain. Now my body just aches and I have less severe versions of the pain I had last night. Every time I go to sit down the pain in my rectum gets worse when my butt touches the chair. And I’m nauseous. It hurts during sex, it feels like my husbands penis is jabbing into something on either my left or right lower abdomen. I haven’t tried having sex with the rectal pain present but can’t even imagine that. It’s seriously almost as bad as labor sometimes. Does this happen to anyone?
