how to prevent a uti??

Im so prone to them and its so annoying, i always pee after sex and dont use any scented stuff down there. I wipe front to back and all that, any other suggestions??

Wear cotton underwear. If u do wear thongs, change them often. Don’t hold ur pee in too long. Don’t stay in wet clothes/bathing suit too long. Drink plenty of water. Drink 100% pure (no sugar added) cranberry juice. Or, u can take over the counter cranberry pills.

I take a cranberry supplement everyday. Also it got so bad for me that they put me on this medication that’s I take after sex. It’s like a baby antibiotic so it clears stuff up before it happens. Also I’ve noticed with like one of my ex boyfriends I got them way more than with my current boyfriend. He wasn’t dirty but maybe our body chemistries just didnt got together.
