Working out!!


I started on a work out plan called Michelle Marie. It’s a monthly plan and I just finished week one! I feel amazing. I gained 70 lbs with my last child. Luckily I lost it all very quickly but still wanted to have to prevent gaining like that again. It’s not an easy workout but about 25 mins every other day. I definitely recommend checking her out and watching some videos she has. She’s so motivating!
