How to defrost breast milk?

And how many days worth of breast milk can u put in the same bag to freeze? 
Cause I only make about 1-2oz a day

You can combine different days, just make sure they are the same temp when combining (fridge vs room temp vs freshly pumped). Also, when labeling, make sure to use the date and time from the oldest milk.

Put the bag in a hot bowl of water to defrost. And I’m not positive, but I think you should only put milk pumped same day in a bag.

Collect the extra milk throughout the day and freeze it at night, so daily. If I need the milk quickly I put it in a bowl of warm running water.
