Working out Abs in first Trimester
Hi Glow crew! I found out yesterday that I’m 4-5 weeks along and it was a wonderful blessing! My husband and I are very athletic and today I did a 15 minute abdominal workout and 15 minutes HIIT followed by 15 minute jog...well now I’m worried that abdominal and HIIT exercises can hurt my little tomato seed 🍅 but I see conflicting reviews 🤔 Could you help me!? Thank you!! 💕
