I was laying in bed and needed a pillow to put in between my legs. I pulled a pillow (gel pillow so it’s heavier than regular kinds) near my feet towards me with my foot and felt this painful stretch go across my my left side abdomen... made me let out a loud gasp and definitely startled me.

Is this round ligament pain? Or just pulled a muscle in my stomach? 😣

Haven’t seen my OB yet. First appt is this Wednesday and timing couldn’t go by any slower. Just freaking out a bit
