How do I get my baby to sleep alone?

Any tips for getting your baby (he is 5 Weeks Old) to sleep without having to be held all night long? I made the mistake of holding him when he sleept because I was breastfeeding, it was easier but now that I’m no longer breastfeeding it is draining.

The zen swaddle worked wonders for me, it’s lightly weighted on the top to make them feel like they’re still being held, such a difference

White noise. Swaddle. You can try tucking one of your shirts in over the crib mattress and fitted sheet for your scent (just dont leave it loose). Set baby down to sleep drowsy but awake.
