Hard time breathing when I sleep on my back?

I’m only 13 weeks +6 days and when I sleep on my back I feel like there’s someone sitting on my chest. Does anyone else have this problem .?

you're not supposed to sleep on your back the farther along you get the more unsafe it becomes! the weight of your uterus puts pressure on blood flow for you and baby and can be very dangerous for both! I suggest a body pillow or maternity pillow to support side sleeping
