bad management on his part or bad state of mind on my part
my store manager has pushed all of the employees to the limit, he is cutting the hours of management but elongating the hours of the floor people all the while allowing others to go home 3 or more hours early without letting any head supervisors know. I am already in a jobhunt, but a manager and at least two other people are on the verge of tears daily trying to work our schedules around this mess he has made. how do I get around exploding in frustration or ruining my job?
