Best bottle nipple size for breastfed baby?

My 1 month old currently takes a bottle once a day with a Newborn nipple. I'm looking to buy more nipples and am confused--- slow flow nipples are for breastfed babies but the flow is faster than the newborn nipple which seems fine to me... But I'm a FTM so I really have no idea. Which size is more realistic for a breastfed baby?

Slowest flow possible. Do not move up in sizes ever. Breast milk is much thinner than formula and also look up pace feeding.

I think it depends on the mom and the boob! I don’t have kids but I nanny my nephew and he got too frustrated with slow flow nipples because my sister has a really heavy let down so he was used to the milk coming out really quickly. He also prefers large nipples, even when getting him to take a binkie she had to upsize because he wouldn’t take small nipples.
