i been feeling really sick to the point of wanting to throw up and my period was late by a day, thought i was infertile but still decided to take a test, when i did, i discovered a faint line...IM PREGNANT! :O whats my next step?

I agree with the pink dye test, and try testing first thing in the morning and make sure you read it within the timeframe the test tells you to or you may see and evaporation line.

Call up doctor would be next step. Tests have more false negatives than they do positives. 
Call the doc, let them know you for a positive them they would have you come in for them to do a pee test and or blood test as well. 
Even go to ER if you want. I was "infertile" too but got a positive. Went to ER and blood tests and pee test came back positive. ☺
