headache
since I woke up this morning I've had a bad headache. I'm 5 weeks 2 days. I took a nap, drank a ton of water, took a shower and still no relief. hopefully it's gone by tomorrow morning but if it doesnt, which medications are safe for pregnancy? I haven't had my doctors app yet so I cant ask my doc
