Aunt takes nephew to court

Barb reddeck is threatening to take her nephew to court over a winning ticket

Barb paid for a ticket but put her nephews name as well because she thought his name would bring her luck well it was true the ticket ended up winning 1.2 million when the time came the place called the number listed which was the nephews he didn’t answer so the company handed both of them checks of the total amount cut in half but now she is taking her nephew to court because it was her ticket and she paid for it

She claims she only agreed to spilt the cost she paid for the ticket not the winnings

Should the nephew give her the check chase gave him

Or is she just being greedy over the money and just be happy she won something at all
