Swallow during oral ?

Hey ladies, this isn't a troll or anything just curious. So I'm posting anonymously because I'm a little embarrassed lol. But I love giving my man oral. But does anyone stomach hurts after swallowing, like a stomach ache && shitty afterwards ? This isn't the first time it happened, but I'm curious if this happened to others ?

Sometimes I feel a little nauseous afterward and it will give me heartburn too. I'm pregnant, though.

Happens everytime. I'll still swallow each time. Try drinking something right after.

when it tastes bad, it hurts and sometimes gives me diarrhea. if the guy has been eating right, it doesnt
