Cycle days help

So, I finished my 10 days of Provera today. Last night I started bleeding heavy for around 20-25 mins. After that, when I wipe nothing’s there. There was a little bit of pinkish discharge and then some brown but absolutely nothing after that, and still nothing today. Do I count that as the beginning of my cycle or do I wait? I’m suppose to take Clomid on days 3-7 and now I’m super confused on when to take it 😩😭
