TTC with endometriosis type 4

Hello. I am 32 years old, have endometriosis type 4 (the more severe) and just had a laparoscopy 2 months ago to clean everything because I have been TTC for a year this month. This is the second surgery I have to get clean out from the endometriosis. The doctor has told me that I have better chances to get pregnant now, but only have a few months to do it according to him before the endometriosis comes back. I would like to hear from women that have had the same or similar experience and that were able to get pregnant to get my hopes higher. Thanks.
