Is it normal??

I went in at 7 week and 6 days. 
They did a inside ultrasound. 
My doc my primary. Said I have a small gestational sac. And the heart beat can’t be see ,yet because of my HCg/hormone levels. Any stories that can help me out. Or any information. For my 1st trimester has been hard. Stuck on bed rest/ pelvic rest. Cause I have been spotting, everyday and all day since 3 days before my expected period.  No cramps , no heavy bleeding.

At 7 weeks I was able to see my daughter perfectly and see/hear her heartbeat. It’s possible you just ovulated later, because that’s not normal for being 7 weeks. Sometimes though your LMP doesn’t match up, with my first daughter based on my LMP I thought I was 11w 5 days but once I went in for my scan I was only 9 weeks. If you just ovulated later it’s possible you’d only be super super early which is why nothing was seen yet.

that dose not sound normal I had an external sano done early and you could see a heartbeat that dosen't sound good at all I had one like that with the baby I lost went in for my first sano and they could only see a small sack mesureing at 5 weeks I was supposed to be ten weeks I ended up looseing the baby well the baby didn't make it past five weeks but my body rejected the baby at ten weeks and three days

that doesn't sound too normal to me I had a missed misscarrige first time I ever concieved and got told there was a sack but nothing inside yet and that it was most likely a missed misscarrige as I had started spotting and bleeding that then changed to heavy bleeding and cramps but the actual spotting started before my missed period then I got the positive test then told the news about MMC my body took a while to catch up that it wasn't a viable pregnancy I got told it was a 6-7 week sac before it started to expell. not saying that's what's happening to you but that was my experience but so many things are possible and it could be that you are earlier than you thought as In my second pregnancy I had early scans as I fell straight away after the misscarrige and I got told at 4-5weeks scan there was HCG rising but no sac was visible yet then at 6-7 weeks saw a sac with tiny flicker of white inside to confirm featle pole. but I remember hearing heartbeat around that time also! x

They changed my due date because i ovulated late. Dont trip chocolate chip! Wait for your follow up!
