Bf and brother fighting bc brother hit me

Long story short my little brother socked me in my sternum and may have cracked my sternum because he was upset I got pool water on his shorts (I’m 19 and 5’4” he’s 15 and 6’ 215pounds so the punch landed really hard) I told my bf about it because I was having trouble breathing and still somewhat am. He wants me to go up the hospital and get a scan and wants to “talk” to my brother about hitting me but I don’t want any more problems then there already is should I let them?

I love my bf and my brother and I’m angry at my brother but I don’t want them fighting or even arguing because I know how angry my bf is about him putting hands on me
