I’m a bit confused as to what goes on with switching birth controls. I’ve had nexplanon for over a year but it makes me bleed so much, I’m switching to the pill which I’ve been taking with my nexplanon to stop the bleeding but I went off it a couple of weeks to go to see what would happen but sadly it hadn’t helped. I am getting nexplanon taken out on the 7th of August but my doctor told me to not have sex two weeks before and two weeks after the removal however I forgot and had sex today but I didn’t let my partner ejaculate in me. Am I gonna be ok? I’m a bit confused as to why I wasn’t allowed sex for two weeks before removal?
