For the sake of you and baby, find stuff to occupy yourself. I’m not in bed rest, but I still tend to take it easy simply because I am pregnant. Try to read up on baby most of all.

I've been on bedrest since 20w I'm currently 29w. I'll most likely still be on bedrest until close to delivery. It sucks but I play my video games and binge watch TV I'll do puzzles occasionally on my phone. which is actually pretty fun.
