Depressed

I was idk depressed before taking birth control now I’m even more now that I have It, I just broke up with someone I love because the way he treated me and etc and my heart hurts

I’ve been crying everynight, having terrible mood swing and I think I have some type of bipolar or anger issues honestly.

My birthday coming up soon and I’m not even excited, ppl are starting to notice I’m depressed and keep asking me if I’m alright but I’m not

All I do is cry and sleep, I’m so serious.
