My best friend just had a c section, after planning for a natural birth. what are somethings that helped you after your c section and what are some times that you didn't like? she doesn't have anything for post c section only post vaginal birth! anything helps! thanks ladies💕💕💕

Laxatives and voltaren. Omg the first poop after a c section 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ you feel like you're gonna push and all your insides will come sliding out of the wound in your stomach.

There’s an underwear called the c-panty that aids in healing after surgery. It helped me feel like my insides were staying in. Gas-x, stool softener, a gentle laxative, a robe with pockets, to carry phone, hair ties, etc. Tylenol and Motrin, too.

Some scar strips or an expensive scar cream. Someone brought both over for me afterwards and it wasn't anything I would have thought to buy, but so so appreciated. Also, the silicone scar strips keep your clothes from rubbing on the scar, which is a bonus!
