For parents with brown eyes when will babies eye color change?

I have light brown eyes and my partner has yellowish hazel eyes. Our baby is 4 weeks old and still has these noticeable gray eyes that people usually comment on and i just say o they will change to brown soon. Our other daughter eyes changed to brown quickly before her month just wondering when this one will. What color eyes do your babies have ?

My husband has blue eyes and mine are hazel. Our son was born with blue eyes that started turning around 5-6 months. They were hazel looking for a long time but seem to be almost totally brown now at 19 months. Eye color can change any time during the first two years, but I think generally big changes tend to happen starting around 6 months like it did for us. Our daughter was also born with blue eyes so I’m curious to see if she’ll end up keeping them! She’s 2 months now.

I have dark brown eyes, like so dark they look black. My boyfriend has blue eyes. Our daughter that is almost 2 has blue eyes. My oldest daughter from a previous relationship has brown eyes. They started turning around 9ish months old.

My daughter just turned 4 months old 2 days ago. And her eyes don't seem to change and are still grey.

I have blue eyes, my husband has brown. Our daughter started with grey and they had turned blue by the time she was around 4 months and were obviously blue by 6. Now she’s 13 months and they are the exact same color as mine.

My oldest had blue eyes till around 6months then they turned to brown. My youngest had blue eyes at birth to but his had never changed colour, somedays they do have a hint of green in them he’s 3 now. I have green eyes & my partner has lighter brown eyes.

My husband and I both have brown eyes. Our LO is almost 7 months and his eyes are still grey/green. They have gotten much lighter since birth. Not sure if they will stay or turn brown. We both have grey/green eyed family members. It is all just a waiting game.

It’s crazy but my son was born with them brown and to this day they are still brown 7 years later. But it usually takes up to their first year. :)

Both my hubby and I have brown eyes and brown hair and our little 10 month old has blue eyes and redish blonde hair! His eyes can have a small mixture of green sometimes too! Genes are strong! Never know what you’ll get!
