Endometriosis?

I was recently diagnosed with endometriosis. Does anyone else have it? How do you control the pain? I’ve tried everything and it’s just not letting up. I start pelvic physical therapy in a month to try and get this chronic pain figured out but I need relief now 😫 it’s the worst during sex and my husband freaks out when I tell him no sex for a while

I was getting a laparoscopy for different reasons so never had any removed the first go around. I had endo covering 80% of my bladder, bowels, and reproductive organs. I then went on the Mediterranean (anti-inflammatory) diet. 6 months later I reduced the coverage to only 10%. I still had bad cramps, but I recommend this diet to anyone with reproductive issues. My CRP (inflammatory marker) also reduced from 3x the high end of normal, to being within range.
