leaking!?

So me and my husband had sex for the first time in many weeks. I'm usually to scared,sick or tired to do so. currently 11 weeks. So last night while having fun he played with and sucked my nipple for a bit. this morning i woke up with flaky nipples. i thought it was dry skin but felt more like something had leaked and dry. is it possible? i know I'm not supposed to be producing milk yet so what could it be?
