I hate myself. I’m sorry but this isn’t a pity party for me I just needed someone to talk to you. I’m not doing this for attention I just don’t like how I look or anything about me.. I don’t see what people see anymore.... I don’t know how to or what I can do to love myself.

Hey girl! If you’re feeling down, look at yourself in the mirror and say to yourself ‘my hairs beautiful, my eyes are beautiful, my body’s beautiful’ and try to give yourself a confidence boost. You may not be believing the things you say, but if you tell yourself daily, then hopefully you’ll get more confident. Also, it could be social media, family, friends or anything that has a general impact on your mood. So maybe think about that too. I hope it works! x
