Help me please! Need a mental slap!!

I’m 10dpo, have tingly boobs and increased cm - both not normal for me pre aunt flow. I’ve tested everyday (I know I said I was crazy 🤗) and they’re all BFN.... is there any chance, any small chance I could still be pregnant? I just want a BFP after so long trying. If there’s no chance, please just let me know. If there is a chance, mentally slap me into calming myself down 😂
