Very itchy help!!!

I don’t really know where to post but my boyfriend fingered me the other day and my period ended the day before but he’s fingered me multiple times but after my vag started to itch and it’s really bugging me I don’t know what wrong or if it’s just a yeast infection or uti or what someone PLEASE help

P.S I’m getting a weird yellowish discharge but my vagina has no weird smell or anything
