Blighted ovum

So I found out that I have a blighted ovum. I started bleeding the day I found out and then it stopped after a couple hours. It was never to heavy and only had a couple of small clots. I never started cramping not even a little. So my question is , how long should you bleed and do you always have cramps when you are passing the sac. I go back on Friday for another ultrasound and they are calling me on Monday with my blood results. I just want this to be over so I can get some closer
