PLEASE HELP

I need help inducing my period so it doesn’t happen the week of my cruise which is in 10 days. My period is scheduled to be on that whole week and I really don’t wanna deal with it on the ship. Please give me any methods u guys have or suggestions😭I’m in desperate need of help .
