Period like cramps?

Anyone have period like cramps around 34 weeks? They go from my back to the front but my stomach isn’t hardening so I know it’s not contractions.

I had them once around 29weeks. Pretty positive I was getting dehydrated. I double checked with my doctor and she confirmed to drink more water and rest.

Yes, I spoke to my OB about it. He said to drink plenty of water but that our body prepares itself for labour weeks in advance. So they are Braxton Hicks contractions. They just freak me out because at this point they seem to be more intense.

I have them, i had them all morning I’m 33+3. I have had them off and on for a long time now.
