Fertility med question???pcos???

Question

My doctor prescribed me medroxyprogesterone  to help me have a period and then also prescribed me with letrozole to make me ovulate to help me try and conceive. so my question is if I am in my ovulation period now and start taking my pills when suppose to,  to make me have a period for next month.... would that mess up anything if I just so happen to conceive this month or would the pill just not work and me not have a period at all?

i took both of them! i would take 10 days of medroxyprogesterone then i would get my period. after I'd take I think it was 4 days of letrozol. comfirm ovulation with opks. do my  thing lol. then test test test. if all negative I'd call my doctor and she would refill on medroxy. and continue the process. i got pregnant during the 2nd cycle of meds along with first time using preseed
