Has anyone ever had their NIPT say the wrong gender?

At my 12 week NT scan the doctor predicted we were having a girl. He did of course warn us not to go out and start painting the room or anything but everyone in the office swears he is amazing at telling the gender so early. He was correct with my daughter in 2015.

When the nurse called me with my NIPT result she said the baby was healthy and we are having a boy! I assumed "the DNA doesn't lie" but when I told her the doctor had predicted girl she seemed very surprised and said that I shouldn't go based on NIPT. she said it was incorrect for one of her friends and advised that I wait for my 20 week ultrasound before making it offical.

We will be happy either way, I just hate the wait!
