I have been on the mini pill for almost 3 months now and all has been fine medically. I want to get an iud, and it's covered by our insurance. I told my mom I wanted to get the pill via text, she handled it well. now I want an iud. I'm debating just going in and getting it done. but I know my dad does the insurance paperwork. should I still tell my parents that I'm getting this procedure?
