It's amazing if you have a washer and dryer. I use a lidded trash can for a diaper pail and spray it with disinfectant and rinse it out every time I empty it into the washer. Get a diaper sprayer you can hook to the toilet too. They're about 30 bucks on Amazon. Breastmilk poops wash right out, but formula and solid food poops need to be precleaned, which the sprayer is great for. Also invest in some Lysol laundry sanitizer along with the detergent. it doesn't seem to hurt my diapers or my daughter's sensitive skin. I use it so I don't have to bleach my diapers every time to know they're clean. bleach can damage them if you over use it.

I’d go to Kelly’s Closet website and read over their intro guides. They’re really helpful in getting an idea of what style would work for you based on various factors. They also have a wonderfully supportive Facebook community My biggest suggestion is don’t go for the cheapie brands. Most of the time you’ll have higher problems. Getting secondhand good brands is often a good choice because they hold up so well. My second biggest suggestion is go for the natural fibers rather than microfiber. LO will eventually outgrow the absorbency of microfiber and they’re prone to compression leaks
