This is weird

So I went to urgent care cause I thought I had a bad gas bubble and they did a urine test and they said I had a large amount of blood in my urine and said it could be my period coming early. But my period was from 7/5 to 7/15 and my normal time is like 38-46 days. Has this happened to anyone else?
