How to deal with an accusing husband

When my husband and I fight, he resorts to telling me I "treat him like shit" all the time, yet he agrees to tell me when I'm treating him badly and then never does. I've come to the conclusion that it has nothing to do with my behavior and it's just something he likes to use to turn the blame on me. Today he told me I'm paranoid and probably schizophrenic (wtf). Anyone else have a husband who likes to throw out crazy accusations with zero reasons and what can I do? I ask him for examples of this behavior and he can't give me any.
