Vitamins- should I be worried?


I’ve been taking a prenatal vitamin since early April, but switched to a different one in late June. I got my BFP on Friday afternoon (3w 4d) and decided I wanted to double check the iron and calcium in it. When I looked at the bottle I realized it said to take 3 a day and I’ve only been taking one! Since realizing that mistake I obviously went to three. But should I be worried? Is it early enough that the baby should be okay?
