im logged in on two phones, an lg and an iphone 6. the gems 'Lgbt101' and '<a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">eve</a> moments' arent working on my lg. it just exits <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">eve</a> and says this ⬇️⬇️

ive sent feedback a few days ago however nothing has happened since then and it wont stop happening even after i redownload it. all my gems are working on the iphone 6 however it is not my phone (it's my SOs) so i can't just use that one. please help this is frustrating
